I absolutely love this old theater. It was built in circa-1925, had a fire in the 30's, was restored, had another fire in the 60's and was restored. It was also suggested that the theater is haunted. Then is was finally, sadly closed in August 2007.
Its such a shame too, the place is beautiful.
The double staircase in the center of the lobby is incredible, it was always one of my favorites.
I saw Amelie there ...twice. I just couldnt get enough.
